Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking an ERP Planning & Supply Specialist S/4HANA to lead end-to-end supply chain processes and drive the lifecycle from blueprint to operation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in regulated industries, 8+ years deploying ERP (SAP S/4HANA PP/PM/MM/SD), and a strong connector mindset with Agile/SAFe knowledge. Fluency in English is mandatory; French/German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-regulation, complex industries.
• Proven expertise (8+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (PP/PM/MM/SD).
• Connector mindset with strong negotiation and compromise-finding skills; Agile/SAFe experience.
• Fluency in English mandatory; French and/or German a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to translate complex shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Serve as the content authority to ensure Fit-to-Standard alignment, minimizing customization.
• Spearhead the Planning & Supply product definition within S/4HANA from blueprint to operation.
• Bridge Information Management and site operations to balance system standards with business value.
• Distill SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure senior stakeholder buy-in.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Planning & Supply Specialist S/4 (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join the "Digital for Operation" business department, the cornerstone of our industrial transformation. Within this department, we aim to simplify, streamline, prioritize & unlock the full potential of the latest digital technologies for the benefit of our operations.

Your challenges

• Serve as the content authority to ensure "Fit-to-Standard" alignment, minimizing customization while prioritizing operational efficiency.

• Spearhead the Planning & Supply product definition within S/4HANA, driving the lifecycle from blueprint to operational reality.

• Act as the bridge between Information Management (IM) and site operations to find the optimal compromise between system standards and business value.

• Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders

Your boarding pass

• Senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-regulation, complex industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense).

• Proven expertise (8+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (modules PP, PM, MM, SD).

• A "connector" mindset, strong negotiation and compromise-finding skills, and proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage for global site collaboration.
