Airbus SAS is seeking an ERP Solution Manager to join the Digital for Operation department in Toulouse. You will translate ERP roadmaps into practical solutions, driving SAP S/4HANA adoption and supporting supply chain optimization and production ramp-up.

This role requires deep SAP expertise and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. The candidate brings extensive ERP deployment experience, strong multilingual communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• At least 15 years of experience in complex, highly-regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense).
• At least 10 years of ERP deployment experience, including a minimum of 5 years on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Change Management initiatives.
• Advanced level in English and French (German is a plus).

• Collaborate with IM and site operations to bridge gaps between system standards and business value.

Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Solution Manager (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation department based in Toulouse. You will join the Solution Management Team (SMT) to drive the transformation of our digital ecosystem and our transition to SAP S/4HANA. In this transversal role, you will translate strategic ERP roadmaps into tangible operational solutions, supporting supply chain optimization and aircraft production ramp-up. Your challenges

Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics. At least 15 years of experience in complex, highly-regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense). At least 10 years of ERP deployment experience, including a minimum of 5 years on SAP S/4HANA with advanced SAP module expertise. Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Change Management initiatives. Advanced level in English and French (German is a plus) and willingness to travel (~20%).
