An exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial Partner to drive the next phase of growth in AI & Data Consulting.

We are working with a highly regarded consulting firm in France that is looking to appoint an Equity Partner specializing in AI & Data within the Energy sector.

The firm already works with major energy companies and is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader with the relationships and entrepreneurial mindset to take the business to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

• An established Partner or senior leader currently working within the consulting industry.
• Deep relationships across the Energy sector, particularly utilities, electricity, renewables and major energy groups, with a proven ability to originate and develop significant client engagements.
• Strong expertise in AI, Data and digital transformation, with experience spanning both strategy and implementation.
• Ideally educated at a top-tier French or European engineering or business school.
• A commercially driven entrepreneur who enjoys winning business, building teams and developing long-term client relationships.
• Someone who values flat hierarchies, transparent communication, collaboration and autonomy.
