We are working with a highly regarded consulting firm in France that is looking to appoint an Equity Partner specialising in AI & Data within Financial Services.

The firm already works with many of France's leading CAC 40 financial institutions and is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader with the relationships and entrepreneurial mindset to take the business to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

• An established Partner or senior leader currently working within the consulting industry.
• Deep relationships across Financial Services, particularly banking and insurance, with a proven ability to originate and develop significant client engagements.
• Strong expertise in AI, Data and digital transformation, with experience spanning both strategy and implementation.
• Ideally educated at a top-tier French or European engineering or business school.
• A commercially driven entrepreneur who enjoys winning business, building teams and developing long-term client relationships.
• Someone who values flat hierarchies, transparent communication, collaboration and autonomy.
