Job description

Context: In the context of IT platformization, and more specifically the deployment of the Health and Welfare originator, a Public Industrial and Commercial Establishment (EPIC) is planning the implementation of unified pricing to consolidate pricing functionalities, currently distributed across different systems, into a single module. The Technical Department requires a single pricing module dedicated exclusively to pricing activities. This tool is primarily used in the pre-sales phase, notably to enable simulations and the development of pricing proposals. The pricing module aims to centralize and evolve pricing rules and mechanisms in a coherent, industrialized, and scalable manner, while remaining separate from management, contracting, and age-related amendment functions, which are handled by dedicated solutions. In this context, the need is for the establishment of an EPIC dedicated to the pricing module, in order to define and build the functional and technical requirements for this unified pricing system. An experienced EPIC Owner is sought to lead this EPIC project and define and implement the pricing module, ensuring alignment with business, functional, and IT platform requirements. The EPIC Owner's role will include championing the EPIC's vision and roadmap, structuring requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and managing the solution's development through to implementation, ensuring its consistency with the target system.Main responsibilities : • Champion the vision and roadmap of the pricing module, in line with the platformization approach; • Support and guide the Technical Department in defining the functional and IT target; • Define the functional scope, including the functionalities for assumptions, simulations, parameter variation, and measurement of pricing impacts; • Challenge needs and identify the limitations, prerequisites, and feasibility conditions of the solution, in order to define a realistic and scalable target; • Coordinate business, IT, architecture, data, and Technical Department stakeholders, and ensure the consistency of the work; • Manage the EPIC roadmap, from the definition of the target to its implementation, ensuring prioritization, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.Expected deliverables : • Opportunity note / scoping document; • Maintenance of an up-to-date roadmap; • Statements of requirements with functional and non-functional specifications; • Personas; • Detailed processes and business rules; • Feature mapping; • Support materials for operational and decision-making committees, progress updates and reporting; • Arbitration/selection documents; • Test cases and acceptance test reports; • Change management support materials; • Budget updates in the internal SPM tool.Desired profile: Confirmed EPIC Owner with solid experience in managing complex IT projects.The profile must be able to: • Challenge and structure a business need; • Guide the choices of the Technical Management; • Coordinate business, IT and architecture stakeholders.Areas of expertise • Collective and individual health; • AI & Chatbot.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to [e-mail]
