Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to lead sales across France, focusing on Large Enterprise opportunities. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a fast-moving SASE space.

Based in Paris, you will engage C-level and technical buyers, collaborate with partners, and drive growth for a cutting-edge cloud networking and security platform. This role requires strong English and French communication and a relentless work ethic.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of field and remote sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience selling Networking and/or Security solutions to C-Level/Technical buyers.
• Proven track record in collaborations within sales organisations that foster teamwork.
• Experience selling cloud-based solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve or exceed quota objectives.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales revenue and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Develop assigned territories and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Conduct target account prospecting and sales calls/demos on-site and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve/exceed quota objectives
• Proven ability to accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales revenue, as well as, effectively run and manage all aspects of the sales cycle
• Developing your assigned territories and maintaining key relationships with existing and/or potential partners
• Conducting target account prospecting and sales calls/demos onsite and over the phone

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of Field and Remote sales experience with consistent over-achievement of quotas
• Prior experience selling Networking and/or Security solutions to C-Level and Technical Buyers
• Track record of collaborating and demonstrated success in Sales Organisations that fostered teamwork
• Willingness to work very hard to make exceptional success happen
• Experience in selling cloud based solutions - Advantage
• English and French language skills
