Kleio is seeking an Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, designing, configuring, and deploying our Conversational AI into their apps and workflows—integrating product catalogs and systems like CRM, ERP, and CPQ.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, owning the full lifecycle from scoping to production support, shaping Kleio’s product and culture as a founding team member.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development or implementation experience.
• Experience delivering customer-facing solutions end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, optimization, and clean coding practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, CPQ) and building data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Interest in Generative AI and familiarity with RAG.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy AI agents tailored to use cases in production.
• Integrate data and systems to enable seamless workflows and insights.
• Design and develop features, data pipelines, and backend services.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide customer training.
