Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect for Southern Europe to drive AI adoption in France, Spain, Italy and beyond. You will partner with account executives and partners to deploy secure, scalable Cohere AI across enterprise and public sector customers.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on deployment, owning the technical story from discovery to pilot results and business case. English fluency is essential, French/Spanish/Italian preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as consultant data scientist, forward deployed engineer or deployment strategist.
• Passion for Agentic AI; practical understanding of where LLMs add value in production.
• Solid grounding in ML fundamentals and ability to design evaluation frameworks for pilots.
• Excellent communication; able to present to CEOs and work with technical audiences.
• Thrives in ambiguity; able to introduce structure and processes.
• Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools.
• Preferred: Fluency in French, Spanish or Italian; Must have: professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
• Lead technical pilots and own the end-to-end technical narrative with customers.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to scale Cohere offerings; gather feedback to shape products.
