Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering teams. You will embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy AI platforms inside enterprise environments, owning time-to-value, reliability, adoption, and scalability end-to-end.

You will translate architecture into business impact for CFOs and CISOs, design scalable AI architectures, and drive rapid prototyping to production-ready systems with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year deep expertise designing/deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 10 years of production deployment, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
• Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize AI platforms inside enterprise environments.
• Own production outcomes end-to-end with time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
• Move from ambiguous business problems to production-ready systems via rapid experimentation.
• Design and govern AI architectures across the full enterprise stack (identity, data, security, governance, platform, workflows).
• Translate technical architecture into business impact for CTOs, CFOs, and CISOs; shape use-case roadmaps.
• Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators the client can own after you leave.
• Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, architecture walkthroughs, and code-with sessions.
• Codify patterns and delivery learnings to scale across engagements and grow the FDE practice.
