Murphy is deploying AI agents for banks and is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to own the technical execution of AI agent builds for enterprise clients, mainly banks and large lenders. You scope with the customer’s technical leads, design the agent, build and test it, and launch on their systems.

After launch, you own performance and explain results to the customer. You’ll be based in Paris and lead enterprise deployments for banks and large lenders in France, working with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• You write code and SQL, work with APIs and build integrations end to end.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompting, evals, guardrails, harnesses, tool use.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise agent builds, from POC scoping through implementation, evaluation and production launch.
• Define agent operating procedures with the customer and turn them into agent behavior.
• Design and engineer prompt and agent logic for identification, negotiation and payment conversations across languages and channels.
• Configure Murphy to fit client needs on reach windows, retry rules and channel mix within regulations.
• Build evaluation and simulation harnesses with regression tests against real call outcomes.
