Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to run parallel mid-market implementations, taking a customer from kickoff to a live agent in about four weeks. You will configure agents on Murphy's platform using templates, tailor them to each client, and test before launch.

After go-live, you’ll track performance with SQL dashboards, explain results to customers, and refine agents and strategies. You’ll help shape templates and tooling so the team can deliver more with less effort.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or related).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript and SQL; experience with APIs and data files.
• Enjoy structured, repeatable work and automation.
• Able to manage several projects concurrently and stay on schedule.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Native-level French and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Run several mid-market implementations in parallel from kickoff to go-live on fixed timelines.
• Configure and adapt agents from our templates to each customer's policies and tone.
• Define how we reach debtors: call windows, retry rules, channel mix, and hand-offs to humans.
• Set up data imports/exports using standard integration flows.
• Test agents with simulations and evaluate results before launch, fixing issues.
• Analyze production performance with SQL dashboards and explain findings to customers.
• Identify repetitive work and turn it into templates, scripts, or tooling.
• Help shape standard workflows for each segment (telco, utilities, healthcare, servicers, lenders).
• Hand over live customers to Deployment Strategists with clear documentation.
• Share product feedback with Product and Engineering.
