Job summary

LumApps, an AI-powered Employee Hub, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineering Manager to direct customer-facing technical delivery. You will orchestrate elite engineers across multiple enterprise deployments while delivering production-grade AI Agents and enterprise integrations.

In this role, you own delivery timelines, designs, risk mitigation, and engineering resourcing, and you align field solutions with Core R&D to create scalable, reusable platform features rather than one-off code.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering with backend systems.
3+ years of people management in multi-client deliveries.
Proven track record in forward deployed engineering or professional services.
Experience with enterprise ecosystems (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Fluent in English and willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent deployments from discovery to go-live.
Translate customer use cases into technical roadmaps, work breakdowns and sprints; manage scope and backlogs.
Lead engineers, unblock issues, and maintain rapid deployment velocity.
Collaborate with Core R&D to package field solutions into reusable platform features.
