Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Senior Agent Architect to lead end-to-end AI Agent deployments for enterprise clients. You will design architectures that integrate Parloa with complex enterprise ecosystems while shaping the conversational layer through prompt engineering and LLM expertise.

You will collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and Sales to identify opportunities, resolve blockers, and ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions across CRMs, ERPs, and contact center platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and critical thinker with problem-solving expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results orientation.
• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles as solution or systems architect.
• Experience reading API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms).
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools (Postman).

Responsibilities

• Act as a solution architect for enterprise AI Agent deployments.
• Design end-to-end architectures connecting Parloa platform to enterprise environments.
• Shape the conversational experience layer with prompt engineering and LLM knowledge.
• Map Parloa integrations into customers' enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact centers).
• Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs with systemic data flow thinking.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex custom integrations.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI performance.
• Identify blockers with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers.
• Scope deployments, providing architecture advice and execution support.
• Analyze customer workflows to design prompts and reliable agent behavior.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice outputs to align with brand standards.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal/external audiences.
