Edflex is seeking an AI Agent Orchestration Specialist to translate business needs into automated, multi‑agent workflows across our platforms. You will design and ship AI agents, integrate them with HubSpot, Planhat, Slack, and internal APIs, and ensure robust monitoring and guardrails.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in AI automation within a B2B SaaS environment.
Solid experience with AI orchestration frameworks and LLMs.
Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns.

Responsabilités

Prioritise and deploy AI use cases; design, prototype and ship AI agents and workflows.
Integrate agents across the Edflex ecosystem with HubSpot, Planhat, Slack and internal APIs.
Architect multi-agent pipelines combining curation, recommendation and analytics agents.
Define human-in-the-loop patterns and ensure output quality in production.
Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into agent instructions and train staff.
