Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth based in France to expand existing business and prospect new opportunities. You’ll manage forecasts, lead with a consultative approach, and articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

You’ll work 100% remotely with a global team, requiring strong English and French and a track record in high-velocity infra technology sales.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player.
Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies.
Excellent communication in person, online, and writing; strong relationships both in person and virtually.
Fluent in English & French (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers.
Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
Manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise clearly.
Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
