Spendesk is seeking an Software Engineering Manager for Travel & Expense in Paris to lead an engineering squad focused on building Spendesk's travel and out-of-pocket expense experiences. You will collaborate with a Product Manager, Product Designer, and technical leadership to own team objectives, KPIs, and cross-functional delivery across trips, hotel bookings, budgets, expenses, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of around 10 software engineers, including feedback, performance management, progression, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Set objectives and deliver the Travel & Expense roadmap with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and Tech Leader on a quarterly basis planning divided in 2 weeks sprints
• Improve customer experiences across trips, hotel booking, travel approvals, expense claims, mileage, per diems, reimbursement, and compliance.
• Guide architecture and integrations across travel suppliers, cards, payments, invoices, accounting, identity, and security services.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, security, observability, SLOs, incident response, and production ownership.
• Build an autonomous, customer-focused team that delivers measurable outcomes and continuously improves its ways of working.
• Participate to the migration of the platform in our service-based architecture designed with hexagonal pattern
