Cozycozy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Product & Tech team in Paris, guiding delivery from conception to production. You will meld a strong product mindset with deep technical understanding to translate ambitions into concrete solutions, while coaching and developing the engineering group.

You will partner with Product from discovery through design, ensuring architecture choices align with business goals and that releases are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering / Software Development environments.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivery cycles.
• Experience working in an agile product environment.
• Previous experience managing a team of software developers.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver projects on time with quality, across teams.
• Organize and oversee the Engineering team's delivery and priorities.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers and act to resolve them.
• Ensure visibility on timelines and upcoming deadlines.
• Ensure smooth releases and production readiness.
• Improve development and delivery processes continuously.
• Estimate resources to achieve team objectives.
• Bridge Product and Engineering by collaborating from discovery to design.
• Define technical solutions addressing product challenges and constraints.
• Facilitate communication between Product and Engineering and help build a realistic roadmap.
• Maintainability, robustness and scalability of solutions via best practices.
