You will bridge Product and Engineering, shaping technical solutions, mentoring engineers, and building a realistic roadmap that balances capacity and technical constraints while championing autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engineering / Software Development environments.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivery cycles.
• Experience in an agile product environment.
• Previous experience managing a team of software developers.

Responsabilités

• Project planning and timely delivery with quality.
• Organize and oversee the Engineering team's delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers and take action.
• Maintain visibility on priorities, timelines and deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality production releases and smooth releases.
• Continuously improve development and delivery methods.
• Estimate resources to meet team objectives.
