Trustpair is seeking an Engineering Manager in France (hybrid, 1 day in office per week, Paris area) to lead two squads and drive the delivery of the product roadmap. • Substantial experience as a software engineer in a mid-sized or large organization.
• Proven technical leadership with a track record of delivering key components of a complex software solution.
• Experience partnering with product management to shape roadmaps and align on strategic goals.
• Strong data-driven mindset and familiarity with DevOps practices.

• Drive product delivery across multiple squads, aligning technical initiatives with Trustpair's roadmap.
• Partner with product leadership to translate vision into actionable plans and roadmaps.
