Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Developer Experience, Performance, and Release teams. You will lead three engineering teams, grow talent, and set the vision for developer productivity across the platform.

You’ll own tooling and platforms that keep the development loop fast, scale CI/CD, gate customer-impacting issues, and collaborate with product, infra, and partner teams to improve quality and velocity.

Qualifications

• Experienced people manager with a track record of growing high‑trust teams.
• Strong project delivery leadership with roadmap planning and cross‑team shipping.
• Skilled in system design for reliable, high‑scale platforms.
• Able to collaborate with product, infrastructure, CI teams and internal customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow engineers across three teams.
• Set the vision and roadmap for developer productivity; drive performance engineering and release experience.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, and CI teams to optimize software delivery workflows.
• Scale and evolve fault‑tolerant, tier‑0 CI and CD systems to support growth and complexity.
