Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager for Observability Pipelines (OP) to own people management and execution across core missions such as integrations, streaming insights, or pipeline capabilities. You will partner with Product and senior ICs to influence both roadmap and technical direction, shaping a fast-growing product area.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers directly, owning end-to-end operating rhythm and stakeholder communication.

• Product-minded partner with ability to align roadmap and technical realities.
• Experience with high-performance data pipelines and Rust-based systems.
