Datadog observes Observability Pipelines (OP) as an on-premise telemetry pipeline product. As an Engineering Manager on the team, you will own people management and engineering execution for one of OP's core missions, spanning integrations, streaming insights, cost control, and pipeline capabilities.

You will partner with Product to shape the roadmap and collaborate with EMs and senior ICs to define how OP operates and grows. We value a hybrid work model to support work-life harmony.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers and owning team rhythm end-to-end.
• Strong background in distributed systems and data infrastructure.
• Experience with on-premises or customer-installed software concepts.
• Product-minded partner capable of shaping strategy with Product.
• Experience with high-performance or Rust-based data pipelines.
