Pigment is seeking an experienced software engineering leader to join our expanding team. You will guide frontend development for a production‑grade product and mentor engineers to deliver robust, scalable interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

You will own technical direction across TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, React, Vue and Angular, collaborate closely with product and design, and lead people management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer in production products.
• 2–3+ years in people management.
• Proven frontend expertise with TS/JS/CSS and modern frameworks.
• Fluent English; French not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead frontend engineering for production features with high performance.
• Coach and develop up to six direct reports and manage performance reviews.
• Coordinate with product, design, and other teams to deliver value.
• Drive technical direction across TS/JS/CSS/React/Vue/Angular.
• Balance delivery with people growth and long-term architecture.
