Pixid is undergoing an ambitious transformation and is seeking senior frontend leadership to drive the modernization of the frontend stack. You will migrate Angular and mobile applications to React/React Native, define engineering standards, and establish scalable practices within a fast-evolving SaaS platform.

You will act as a technical leader, mentoring developers and collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality UX and reusable components, while pursuing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend development experience with focus on React/React Native.
• Experience leading React migration projects in complex/enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in frontend testing strategies (Jest, Playwright) and test coverage.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive frontend development standards across React and React Native applications.
• Establish code review processes, architectural patterns, and shared quality guidelines.
• Mentor frontend developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Lead React migration efforts and ensure robust, incremental testing strategies.
• Maintain test coverage targets (80%+), balance unit/integration/e2e tests.
• Develop and maintain a shared component library and design system (Storybook).
• Optimize monorepo architecture and build pipelines; enable micro-frontend patterns.
