Pigment is seeking an Engineering Manager Lead to own delivery and people leadership at the community level. You will oversee delivery across multiple teams, coach Engineering Managers and Technical Leads, and collaborate closely with Community Tech Leads, Product Management Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Program Managers.

This role balances delivery accountability with people development and interfaces with product and technical leadership to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

• Significant engineering experience in a progressive engineering environment.
• Proven track record leading engineering managers and senior ICs (EMs/TLs).
• Strong delivery leadership with clarity, pace, and accountability.
• Fluent in English; French not required.

Responsabilités

• Own community delivery: accountability and operating cadence across multiple teams.
• Ensure teams have clear priorities, sequencing, and commitments aligned with product priorities and constraints.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution with TLs/EMs/partners.
• Maintain written status of achievements, risks, and action plans; lead quarterly updates and reviews.
• Lead people and org effectiveness: manage EMs and TLs; coach and set performance standards.
• Drive staffing needs, arbitration, and cross-team dependencies; translate decisions into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Product & Technical leadership with clear interfaces; work with PML, CTL, and EML for delivery plans.
• Coordinate with EPMs to improve coordination and execution while preserving accountability.
