Pigment, the AI-powered platform for business planning, is seeking a junior Backend Software Engineer to join a fast-growing SaaS company. You’ll work on performance-critical systems that process millions of records in real time, enabling clients to make faster, better decisions.

You’ll build backend services with .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and GCP, collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams, and contribute to architecture, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• First experience with modern backend technologies.
• Comfort with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Enjoy learning from others and not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas.
• Care about code quality, testing and scalability.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Design and build the core computation engine that powers our business planning platform.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, develop, and deliver features that bring value to users.
• Optimize performance and scalability of systems processing large-scale data in real time.
