SCOR seeks a highly skilled Engineering Lead to drive the technical transformation of our core backbone system, supporting contract administration, technical accounting, retrocession, and sub-ledger.

You will co‑lead with the Delivery Lead, focusing on engineering, solution architecture, and delivery quality, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture. The role sits within the CTO Core & Group organization and collaborates across AI, Data, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in legacy system modernization and transformation (monolith to modular or distributed architectures).
• Experience drafting solutions applying agentic SDLC.
• Product innovation with experience in building AI-augmented services or tech operations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related analytical field; or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Co-lead the transformation with the Delivery Lead, aligning functional priorities and engineering delivery.
• Own the engineering dimension: solution architecture design, development practices, and delivery quality.
• Lead hands-on engineering activities ensuring scalable, robust, and maintainable implementations.
• Drive transformation of monolith into modular, domain-aligned core services.
• Promote data-driven and AI-first architecture principles with AI/Data teams.
• Design and execute migration/decomposition strategies ensuring business continuity.
• Ensure services are scalable, resilient, and reusable across domains.
• Collaborate with cloud, platform, DevOps, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Act as primary technical counterpart to Delivery Lead.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams fostering technical excellence.
