SCOR seeks a Head of Agentic Architecture to govern the architecture of agentic systems across our global reinsurance business. You will define standards, principles, and assurance to ensure safe, measurable, and scalable agentic solutions aligned with the cloud platform and SDLC.

The role leads cross-functional collaboration with AI, Platform, and Engineering teams, establishes reference architectures, and governs guardrails, risk management, and regulatory alignment to drive enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Strong architecture leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, DevSecOps, SDLC governance, automation, observability, and production operations.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted agentic development, including guardrails and operational risk management.
• Ability to translate emerging tech into pragmatic standards, patterns and enablement materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define, govern, and evolve the architecture of agentic systems across the enterprise.
• Establish reference architecture, design principles, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and regulatory expectations.
• Guide AI, Platform, and Engineering teams without owning delivery.
• Embed agentic engineering in cloud platform and SDLC; promote best practices.
• Champion responsible agentic adoption across the organization.
