SCOR Group is seeking a Head of L&H Business Management operations to lead strategic product vision across treaty administration and retrocession processes. You will align product initiatives with business needs, engage with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive agile governance for efficient operations.

You will build a robust roadmap, grow the product area, and ensure delivery excellence in a highly international setting, shaping SCOR’s AI-augmented future.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable Product Owner experience & mindset.
• Strong experience in L&H (re)insurance operations.
• Experience leading transformations and delivering new products.
• Ability to frame and co-build a vision with stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management in international environments.
• Comfortable working with tech teams including architects and developers.

Responsabilités

• Strategic product vision and leadership for L&H treaty administration and related digital capabilities.
• Lead agile governance for Treaty Administration & Retro operations and coordinate with analysts and SMEs.
• Develop quarterly OKRs and a long-term roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments and manage budgets/resources.
