Diabolocom is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate engineering delivery across the organization and work closely with the Head of Software Engineering on roadmap execution. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to keep delivery on track, manage dependencies, identify risks early, and turn delivery challenges into clear actions.

The role combines ownership of engineering delivery processes with hands-on execution, focusing on making software

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in software engineering environments.
• 3 years in engineering or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, distributed systems and cross-team dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Track delivery across teams and releases.
• Coordinate dependencies and ownership across teams.
• Identify risks, blockers and delivery gaps early.
• Provide clear visibility on delivery status and progress.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to enable alignment.
