Diabolocom seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate engineering delivery across the organization and work closely with the Head of Software Engineering on roadmap execution.

You will work with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to keep delivery on track, manage dependencies, identify risks early, and turn delivery challenges into clear actions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in software engineering environments.
• At least 3 years in engineering or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading or coordinating multiple engineering teams.
• Track record of delivering complex software initiatives and improving execution.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, distributed systems and cross-team dependencies.
• Understanding of Product Management fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile and structured project management frameworks such as PMBOK or similar.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• French and Russian are nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve engineering delivery processes and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate dependencies and clarify ownership across teams.
• Identify risks, blockers and delivery gaps early.
• Challenge unclear timelines, priorities and commitments.
• Coordinate next steps when delivery is at risk.
• Provide clear visibility on delivery status and progress.
• You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to facilitate alignment.
• The objective is to make software delivery predictable, transparent and effective.
