pixfort is seeking a Manager, Software Engineer to lead the Product function within your Market area and oversee the product strategy. You will develop a roadmap that aligns with group goals and work closely with Design and Engineering to guide cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer/Author Success, Legal, Finance, and BI to deliver on the roadmap, measure results, and report progress toward company objectives.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Product function within your Market area with strategy oversight.
• Develop a roadmap aligned to group goals across Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
• Lead Design and Engineering teams to execute the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer/Author Success to deliver outcomes.
• Consult with Legal, Finance and Analytics & BI across the business.
• Measure results and report progress toward group and company goals.
• Direct management of two Product Managers and foster a safe, supportive environment.
• Ensure delivery teams understand how they contribute to goals.
• Coach and mentor junior product team members.
• Model our core values in day-to-day decision making.
