Weezevent is seeking an Engineering Delivery & Operations Manager in Clichy to own the delivery of a 12–18 month foundations program for WeezTicket. You will coordinate 5–6 external squads, stand them up, and keep them aligned with the architectural board, delivering on time with high quality.

In the second phase you’ll become the operational backbone of engineering, guiding managers, running performance cycles, monitoring capacity and budget, and ensuring a durable, scalable tech organization.

Qualifications

• Experience running a multi-squad delivery program end to end, including external agencies.
• Onboard external teams onto an existing codebase and ramp them quickly.
• Manage backlog, schedule, and budget across multiple workstreams.
• Track pace and quality per team using data.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery program across external squads to schedule, quality, and scope.
• Stand up and onboard external squads with clear backlog and environments.
• Track pace, dependencies, and overall health of the program; escalate as needed.
• Ensure tests and debt are under control per the architectural board.
• Manage cross-squad budgets and partner relationships.
• Report status to CTO and the board on a regular cadence.
• In later phase, drive people-operations: 1:1s, performance cycles, capacity and wellbeing.
