Cozycozy is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Product & Tech team in Paris, overseeing delivery from conception to production with a strong product mindset. You will mentor engineers, balance priorities, and collaborate closely with Product to shape architectures and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes ownership, delivery excellence, and building scalable systems while operating in a fast-growing travel-tech startup environment at our Paris office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering/software development experience.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivery cycles.
• Experience in an agile product environment.
• Previous experience managing a team of software developers.

Responsabilités

• Project planning and delivery: ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Bridging Product and Engineering: collaborate with Product from discovery to design.
• Ensure technical quality: maintainable, robust, scalable solutions; code reviews and best practices.
• Managing and developing the Engineering team: set objectives, priorities, and growth.
• Estimate resources and manage roadmaps to balance capacity and technical considerations.
