Weezevent, based in Clichy, seeks an Engineering Delivery & Operations Manager to own the delivery of the WeezTicket program and related initiatives. The role starts by delivering the program through external squads, ensuring timely setup, clear backlog, budget control, and a strong reporting cadence to the CTO and board.

Over time, you become the operational backbone of engineering, guiding 1:1s, performance cycles, capacity planning, tooling governance, and hiring coordination with the CTO,

Qualifications

• Experience running a multi-squad delivery program end to end, including external agencies or contract teams.
• Ability to onboard external teams onto an existing codebase and make them productive quickly.
• Manage backlog, schedule, and budget across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Track pace and quality per team using data and dashboards.
• Understand developers’ work and know what technical debt means.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of the main program with external squads and internal teams.
• Keep the program on schedule, monitor pace and blockers, and report to CTO and board.
• Ensure quality and prevent new debt while removing existing debt.
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and budget tracking with partners.
