Jobtailor seeks a seasoned energy engineering professional to lead energy renovation projects across building services and thermal systems, from design to site handover. The role includes audits, performance monitoring, and close client collaboration.

You will oversee technical and financial aspects, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor construction for technical packages, with experience in Pleiades modeling and HVAC systems advantageous.

• Lead energy renovation projects from design through to site handover.
• Conduct audits, studies, engineering design assignments, and performance monitoring.

• Manage projects end to end: business development, consulting, design studies, construction, and post-completion monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in building or energy engineering, with a track record in energy-efficient building renovations
• Project management experience, including autonomy, client and partner liaison, and technical and financial oversight
• Strong understanding of building thermal renovation challenges
• In-depth knowledge of thermal regulations
• Proficiency in modeling with Pleiades
• Strong knowledge of construction systems
• Expertise across all building-services packages: HVAC, plumbing, power and low-voltage electrical systems, and BMS/BAS
• Experience monitoring construction work for technical packages
• Knowledge of renewable energy topics (geothermal, biomass, solar PV) is a plus
• Autonomy, curiosity, pragmatism, and drive
• Motivation to make a tangible contribution to the energy transition
