Jobtailor in France is seeking a seasoned Renewable Energy Project Developer to lead Greenfield and co-development efforts, from site identification to Ready to Build. You will collaborate with authorities, landowners, and communities while managing timelines, risks, and budgets.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years in similar roles, and strong English skills alongside travel readiness to support wind, solar and BESS initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Manage Greenfield development and Co-development activities.
• Identify sites for wind, solar and BESS projects.
• Support origination in land acquisition and municipal approvals.
• Manage development from entry to Ready to Build.
• Oversee on-site environmental, landscape, noise studies.
• Liaise with municipalities, the public, and authorities.
• Manage project timelines, risks and budgets.
• Prepare monthly project reports.

• Manage and control assigned Greenfield development and Co-development activities
• Identify potential sites where wind, solar and BESS projects could be developed
• Support the origination department in securing land and obtaining municipality approval
• Manage project development from entry into development through Ready to Build status
• Manage external stakeholders conducting on-site environmental, landscape, noise, agricultural, and other studies
• Manage relationships with local municipalities, the public, and administration
• Manage project development timelines, risks, and budgets
• Prepare monthly project reports
• Support M&A activities
• Verify and validate additions to filed projects when requested by authorizing bodies
• Attend Conferences of Services organized by authorizing bodies
• Ensure safe and quality development of entrusted business activities
