Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, memos, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Assist/manage complex transactions from inception to closing.
• Build and maintain client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Attend client calls and meetings, supporting negotiations and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and contribute to firm programs.
• Engage in firm citizenship and pro bono initiatives as applicable.
