Job summary

Alta Ares is seeking a hybrid professional at the intersection of strategy and engineering to rigorously evaluate technology choices and ensure alignment with business goals. You will challenge architecture decisions, assess ROI, and produce independent analyses for COMEX.

You will run ongoing technology watch, map capabilities, and contribute to the company’s technology strategy and governance processes, influencing roadmap prioritization and investments.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of overall experience with engineering background.
• Hybrid profile combining technical execution and strategy.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders with business insight.

Responsibilities

• Challenge R&D technical choices and roadmaps with business context.
• Perform technology and market watch to inform decisions.
• Regularly map and assess company capabilities and risks.
• Contribute to defining technology strategy with Strategy & Operations Director.
• Provide independent syntheses to COMEX and governance bodies.
