AVEVA seeks an Enablement Strategic Programmes Lead - Senior Manager to drive strategic enablement for the Schneider Electric partnership across AVEVA and Schneider teams. You will coordinate learning, content, platforms, communications and events with senior stakeholders in a high-visibility role that directly impacts pipeline and win-rate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex programmes with enterprise stakeholders (enablement, GTM, transformation, or equivalent).
• Strong programme/project management discipline: planning, dependency management, decision logging, and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, SMEs, education/learning).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Schneider Electric enablement plan, translating priorities into workstreams, milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Partner with AVEVA and Schneider counterparts to assess needs and drive regional engagement.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery of enablement programmes (role-based learning paths, webinars, toolkits/content, campaigns, in-person events/bootcamps).
• Establish governance and reporting rhythms (bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly), tracking performance and adoption.
• Identify risks and friction points and drive pragmatic resolution with the right owners.
