Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Head of VM EMEA to lead the Visual Merchandising direction for 20 countries with a team of 11 across Europe. Based in Paris, you will report to the Retail Merchandising & VM Director EMEA and work closely with global HQ to maintain premium store presentation and brand image.

You will coach and develop the EMEA VM team, ensure standards compliance, and partner with planning allocations to align VM with collections and calendars.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a VM managerial role within luxury fashion/retail.
• Creative thinker who can drive visual standards and commercial success.
• Strong people management, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of current trends.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility with hours.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM direction across all EMEA stores with guidance and feedback.
• Ensure VM standards compliance in all EMEA POS.
• Build strong relationships with Retail teams.
• Coordinate with planning and deliveries calendar by store.
• Coach and motivate the EMEA VM team and plan activities.
• Manage and control the EMEA VM Budget.
• Document store visits with clear visual reports.
• Contribute to HQ VM activities and special events.
• Evolve VM and product presentation to meet brand targets.
