The right candidate will have over 8 years of experience in luxury fashion, demonstrate strong leadership, and possess excellent communication skills to align with retail strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ of experience in a VM Managerial role within Luxury Fashion/Retail companies.
• Ability to drive visual standards and commercial success.
• Strong people managerial, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage VM direction across all EMEA stores.
• Ensure compliance of visual merchandising standards.
• Coach and develop the EMEA VM team.
