The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in luxury retail, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape visual presentations across numerous stores and contribute to the brand's commercial success.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ of experience in a VM Managerial role within Luxury Fashion/Retail companies.
• Ability to communicate key ideas to drive visual standards.
• Strong people managerial and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the VM direction across all EMEA stores.
• Ensure compliance of visual merchandising standards.
• Coach, develop and motivate the EMEA VM team.
