Moncler is seeking a Head of VM EMEA to lead the visual merchandising strategy across 20 countries from Paris. You will report to the Retail Merchandising & VM Director EMEA and influence EMEA stores through a dedicated VM team of 11.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a VM managerial role within luxury fashion or retail.
• Creative hands with ability to drive visual standards.
• Strong people management, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of current trends.
• Flexibility with working hours and travel.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic and practical.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead VM direction across all EMEA stores with inspiration and feedback.
• Ensure compliance of visual merchandising standards with global HQ.
• Build strong relationships with Retail teams through collaboration.
• Coordinate VM with Merchandising and Planning to align with calendars.
• Coach and motivate the EMEA VM team and plan activities.
• Manage and control the EMEA VM budget.
• Report and document visual changes after store visits.
• Be proactive in displays for events and HQ activities.
• Identify and advance VM and product presentation to meet brand goals.
