CHANEL is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Director, Europe – Fashion, to lead end-to-end VM strategy, governance, and capability development across Europe. You will partner with Global VM and Europe Fashion Leadership to ensure regional coherence and global standards, while adapting concepts to local markets and six fashion collections a year.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in Visual Merchandising within luxury fashion.
• Proven track record across creative/design and production/decor scopes.
• Experience leading distributed VM teams.
• Fluent English required; French or another European language appreciated.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
