Fortinet in Sophia Antipolis, France, is seeking an EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Partner to advise managers and employees on a broad range of people matters, leveraging AI-enabled HR tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure compliance with employment legislation, maintain accurate HR records, and support immigration, benefits and HR projects across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS and Oracle HCM.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on employment legislation and policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes.
• Manage benefits administration and provide guidance.
• Coordinate interviews with HRBP in line with French law.
• Develop and deliver annual training plans with AI-enabled platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes with AI and automation.
• Support regional HR projects and digital transformation initiatives.
