• Proven track record in enterprise software sales or sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder deals and GTM coordination.
• Strong credibility to engage with C-suite executives.

Responsabilités

• Act as deputy to the SVP of EMEA South, representing regional leadership in meetings and briefings.
• Drive business performance across EMEA South and align with the SVP on targets and outcomes.
• Oversee South Strategic planning, demand generation, and pipeline excellence across the region.
• Represent EMEA COO in South region by executing Pan EMEA initiatives and decisions.
• Build and sustain senior relationships with customer executives across the region.
• Engage on strategic pursuits at the executive level with sponsorship and deal structure involvement.
• Champion talent development across the region with country managers.
• Represent EMEA South in EMEA-wide and global leadership forums.
