Aon is seeking a visionary Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA. You will set the strategic direction for analytics and risk financing across the region, balancing client engagement, growth, and innovation with leadership across multiple geographies.

You will drive next-generation analytics, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver differentiating solutions that improve resilience and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting in a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading client-facing analytics initiatives with tangible commercial value.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
• Strong partner management and senior executive engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to deliver analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development and major client pursuits by articulating analytics value.
• Drive development of next-generation analytics tools and solutions (Analyzer, Diagnostics).
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas (climate, cyber, AI, supply chain, reputational risk).
• Establish standard approaches and methodologies for analytics delivery across the region.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights to help clients make better decisions.
• Lead and develop a multi-geography team of risk financing and analytics professionals.
• Develop and deliver the RFA growth, investment and profitability strategy.
