Responsabilités

• Translate global Ion Exchange Resin and Specialty Membranes strategy into region-specific priorities.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and maintain view of key regional priorities.
• Own regional execution plans including growth initiatives, launches, and channel actions.
• Clarify regional growth gaps and partner with Sales to close gaps via action plans.
• Identify new customers and develop account penetration plans using data-driven insights.
• Lead regional channel marketing effectiveness with distributors and channels.
• Drive product launch execution and capture early market feedback for improvements.
• Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence to inform decisions.
