Wonderful is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to build and scale the brand, ecosystem, and market presence across the region, aligning with global strategy. You will partner with the Regional GM to drive demand generation, pipelines, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

You will lead field marketing efforts, partner marketing, ABM programs, and influential events while localising global messaging for enterprise audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing
• Strong background in field marketing and integrated demand generation
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and commercial teams
• Hands-on experience across ABM, partner marketing, campaigns, PR, content and communications
• Deep understanding of enterprise go-to-market strategies and customer lifecycle
• Experience translating product messaging into regional campaigns
• Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or enterprise software is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise campaigns using data

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic marketing partner to Regional GM and implement regional plans
• Own and execute regional marketing strategy across all stages of the customer lifecycle
• Plan and deliver integrated programs for brand awareness, demand generation and pipeline
• Lead regional field marketing, executive events, ecosystem and partner marketing
• Collaborate with leadership and Central Marketing to support revenue growth
• Localise global messaging and product positioning for regional audiences
• Develop and execute ABM programs targeting priority enterprise accounts
• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media and influencers
• Manage regional budgets, agencies and external vendors
• Measure marketing performance and optimise campaigns for ROI
• Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to shape strategy
